Objectives:

• Update to the hearing on the effect of recent judgments on critical issues of employment.
• Decriminalize discipline management.
• Assumes personnel management system is the responsibility not only of human management area, but especially each and every one of the officials who have working groups in charge.
• Provide criteria for a positive approach to errors in the work with a view to making them growth factors for the individual, work group and organization.
• Ensure tools to facilitate the work of leaders in the preventive and corrective follow his subordinates as well as the timely reporting to the area of human resources performance situations that warrant corrective sanctions or possible layoffs.
• To prevent conflicts because of disciplinary decisions, thereby strengthening the good working atmosphere of the business decisions based on fair, legal, positive and effective.
