Andres Godoy Cordoba serves as Managing Partner of the firm and is also head of the labour law audits and training services departments. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de los Andes.
Previously, Andres worked as an advisor in finance for Accenture before starting his career in the legal industry. In 2003, he assumed management roles in Godoy Cordoba and has been responsible for planning and executing strategic growth plans for the firm, while developing simultaneously SIAC Legal –a software technology specially designed to manage the key business process in the legal industries.
During his period of leadership, Godoy Cordoba has experienced significant growth and recognition in Colombia and beyond, based on its marketing, business development, human resources, service differentiation, monetizing and financial strategies.
Because of his management successes, Andres has served as an independent consultant in management topics for legal firms with practice areas in tax, foreign exchange, corporate and intellectual property law.
He is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and the Association of Colombian industries and entrepreneurs (ANDI) through the legal industry chamber (Camara de la industria de servicios legales), where he represents the firm.
